It is the mission of this Company to provide the highest quality transcription for each physician/(s) client(s). Being joined with transcriptionists of like mind and those that takes pride in their work, each physician(s)/client(s) will be treated with the respect and personal attention they deserve. Each transcriptionist at MTS recognizes behind every exam is a patient in a place of need.

It is the mission of this company to provide a good, safe place called work where each person understands they are a very important and vital part of this entity called MTS. Each person has the support of a dedicated management team and is expected to accept responsibility for their contracted shift as a team player with their facility transcriptionists. There are no bosses here at MTS. There are leaders. By that definition, no one coming to work at MTS can ever feel someone is sitting at the top and watching the work go by. Every leader has experience and stamina that has awarded them a higher role and they are there for mentorship and reinforcement to those who know inside they have a destiny. Everyone who chooses to make MTS their working home needs to know that they are a vital part of something much larger than any one, two, or three people. MTS is a body that needs all areas covered and all areas importantly rising to the occasion.
